Brevi Software strongly recommends using the demo version before purchasing the full software. The demo allows you to evaluate all available features with limited export or conversion, helping you make an informed buying decision.

If you face any issues with the software, you must first contact our support team and share the details of the problem. Our technical experts will review your query and provide the best possible solution. After discussing the issue, please allow up to 48 hours for investigation and resolution.

Customers are advised to carefully review the demo version and feature list before purchase. Refund requests will not be accepted for additional features that are not included in the software, as clearly shown in the demo and on the product page. However, a refund will be considered if the features available in the demo do not function as described in the licensed version.

Brevi Software provides full feature access in the demo version with limited output, ensuring transparency. Each license type— Single User, Administrator, Technician, or Enterprise —has its included features clearly mentioned on the Buy Now page. Please review these details carefully before completing your purchase.

After purchase, we are happy to assist with license upgrades or product customization as per your requirements. However, refunds are not applicable for the purchase of an incorrect license version.

Refund Requests Cannot Be Accepted

  • Refund requests will not be accepted once the license activation key has been issued (applicable to offline activation).

  • A refund will not be applicable if the customer:
    • Declines to cooperate with our Technical Support team
    • Fails to provide complete issue details
    • Refuses to apply the solution suggested by Brevi Software’s support engineers
  • Software purchased at a discounted or promotional price is not eligible for a refund.
  • If you face any activation issues, our support team will assist you. Refunds will not be processed for activation-related concerns without contacting support.
  • Refunds will not be granted if a customer refuses guidance or assistance from our support team.
  • Customers are advised to check system requirements before purchasing. Refund requests will not be accepted if the system does not meet the required specifications.
  • To ensure smooth performance, users may need to temporarily disable Antivirus or Windows Defender.
    • Our IT Support team can assist remotely via Zoho or Skype.
    • If remote access is declined, Brevi Software will not be liable for a refund.

Software Performance Conditions

  • Refunds are not applicable if the software:
    • Performs conversion up to 80%
    • Performs migration up to 60%
    • Performs backup up to 80%
  • In case of an accidental purchase, the refund request must be raised before activation.
    • Once the product is activated, refunds are not applicable.

  • Brevi Software products are designed for Windows and macOS platforms only and do not support mobile operating systems.

Remote Support & Activation Policy – Brevi Software

If online activation is unsuccessful, customers are requested to contact Brevi Software’s support team to obtain an offline activation link. Refund requests will be considered nly if offline activation also fails.

Please note that no refund will be issued once the software has been successfully activated, under any circumstances. If a support agent is temporarily unavailable on live chat, our team will reconnect with you within 6 hours. Alternatively, you may email us at sales@brevisoft.com, mentioning a convenient time for follow-up.

To efficiently diagnose and resolve technical issues, our support team may request remote access to your system. The standard resolution timeline ranges from 15 to 30 days, depending on the complexity of the issue. If remote access is declined, no refund will be applicable.

In cases where specific files repeatedly cause issues, customers may be advised to submit those files for Lab analysis. Files must be securely uploaded by the client to our Lab servers via secure FTP. Upon request, Brevi Software can provide a signed Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to ensure data confidentiality. If the client chooses not to share the files even after the NDA is provided, no refund will be issued.

In certain situations, Microsoft may require specific configurations to be applied to Office 365 accounts. In such cases, Brevi Software will fully assist you by guiding you through the required steps, either via a remote support session or by providing clear instructions for you to perform the changes.

To ensure a smooth resolution, cooperation in completing these required configurations is essential. If the suggested steps are not carried out, we will be unable to move forward with the refund request.

Important Notes:

  • The software must be launched in “Run as Administrator” mode, and users must have administrator privileges to operate the application. If the software cannot be launched due to lack of admin rights, a refund will not be applicable.
  • All refund requests must be submitted via email to sales@brevisoft.com, clearly stating the reason for the request and including relevant screenshots demonstrating the software issue.

Conditions of Refund Policy

The following terms outline Brevi Software’s refund policy. Customers who meet the conditions below may request a refund in accordance with this policy.

  • The software must be purchased directly from the official Brevi Software website.
  • Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • If two similar or duplicate products are purchased, Brevi Software will refund the cost of one product only.
  • If the software was purchased by mistake and has not been activated, the refund request will be accepted.
  • A refund may be considered if the purchased software is not compatible with the customer’s operating platform.

After a successful purchase, the software license key and download details are sent via email within 15 minutes to the registered email address. In some cases, the email may be filtered into the spam or junk folder, so customers are advised to check there first.

If the email is not received, customers should contact sales@brevisoft.com. If no response is received within 12 hours, the customer may request a refund.

  • If the software does not work on the customer’s system, proper screenshots or documentation demonstrating the issue must be shared before submitting a refund request.

How to Apply for a Refund – Brevi Software

Third-Party Purchases

If you have purchased any Brevi Software product from a third-party vendor or reseller, the refund request will be governed by that vendor’s refund policy. In such cases, Brevi Software will not be able to process the refund directly.
